Preserves
Exhibits to be at the Berry Pomeroy Showground, between 8am ad 9.30am on Sunday 28th July 2019; to be judged that morning.
Jars must be clean, clear glass, no commercial markings, filled to within 1cm of the top. All should have small, plain labels on,
stating the main fruit used, day, month and year of making. Labels should be applied neatly in the lower half of the jar. Preserves
should be covered with a was disc, cellophane on top and plain screw lid. No fabric covers.
The information that you provide when making your class entries will be used to produce the show day catalogue. Please take care
with your entry information to ensure the details are complete, correct and use upper and lower case characters as appropriate
to ensure your entries are accurately displayed in the show day catalogue.
