Totnes Show plays an important role in promoting local food and drink producers.  We aim to introduce our visitors to the wonderful array of produce from the area.  This provides you with an excellent opportunity to meet many new customers on a face-to-face basis and to market your produce.

The “Helen Tanner Perpetual Shield” for the best Food & Drink Village Exhibitor stand will be judged and awarded during the Show

Spaces for this area are limited so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. 

Please note that food sold in this area can include bottled unopened alcohol, sealed and whole packaged goods and other foods to be taken home for consumption.

Food for immediate consumption such as, but not restricted to, pasties, pies, burgers, meat baps, salads, cookies, slices of cakes, drinks and ice creams etc CANNOT be sold from this area.  Food for immediate consumption can only be sold under our Public Catering arrangements.  For further information on Public Catering please – CLICK HERE

Taster samples of food for immediate consumption may be served free of charge to potential customers.  No other cooking may take place in the Food and Drink Village

It is the responsibility of all Food Vendors to comply with relevant food safety legislation, including labelling and hand washing facilities. Enforcement Officers do visit our show site.

All alcohol vendors are responsible for ensuring they have successfully applied for a Temporary Events Notice from South Hams Council and have a copy available on their stand

Closing date for receipt of application forms and paperwork is 24 May

The busy demonstration kitchen area located within the Food & Drink Village will again be a popular feature, drawing crowds with various demonstrations throughout the day. If you wish to offer any of your produce to the chefs as a donation towards their demonstrations, please do let us know in advance. This is a great way to highlight and promote your products further still.
