Applications for the 2017 show have now closed

Exhibitor’s Admission Tickets will be allocated as follows:

Lifestyle Pavilion: 12 ft frontage – 2 Admission Tickets; 18 ft frontage - 3 Admission Tickets

Further Admission tickets may be purchased at a reduced pre-paid of £8.00 each, and should be applied for when making your applications.



Our successful Lifestyle Pavilion area is the perfect show case for our creative and retail exhibitors!

A large dedicated marquee with electricity supply available which runs along side the Craft Marquee.. 

To ensure that you have the best possible selling opportunity and to provide a good shopping experience for visitors, we will only accept a limited number of stands of similar product.

It is a requirement of the show organisers that you hold a minimum of £3 million public liability insurance which is to be valid on the day of the show.  You must bring a copy of this certificate with you on show day, to be produced upon request.  If your current policy expires before show date please add "policy will be renewed" after the expiry date.

All applicants must supply a "suitable and sufficient" risk assessment , clearly undertaken by a "competent person" covering "all significant risks" for all persons potentially affected by activities and or equipment on their stand/areas. We require your risk assessment by email at time you make your application as well as bringing a copy with you on the show day.  If you do not already have your own risk assessment you will receive an email from us providing a template risk assessment for your completion and immediate return to us.
