Public Catering
Applications for the 2023 Totnes Show are now closed
Local catering businesses are selected to provide public catering facilities each year.
When making an enquiry please provide your menu, prices and images of your catering unit. We will also ask caterers to confirm that they hold employer's and public liability policies of at least £5 million. Caterers must have electronic tills to use on site and as you would expect must comply with all current legislation relating to food hygiene, health and safety and consumer information. All caterers must provide two lidded waste bins, five of their own tables and twenty seats per catering unit and be responsible for keeping them clean and tidy at all times.
If you are invited to participate full details of the application process and requirements will be forwarded to you.
Previous caterers need to apply to the Show every year to remain on the database. This is due to the sheer number of caterers applying annually for a limited number of spaces. The Totnes Show promotes local Devon and Westcountry Produce and so only encourages qualifying applicants.
