The popular Totnes Show demonstration kitchen, will feature a line-up of talented chefs,
all passionate about local ingredients that the South Devon larder has to offer.

inspired about what you could cook up with some delicious local produce.

10.30 am Sean Dunn, Meatbox BBQ – Plymouth

Sean Dunn combines his passion for Texas Style barbecue with open fire cooking
and will be showcasing different cuts of steak alongside Master Butcher Alistair
from Darts Farm followed by how to cook the perfect steak on the barbecue

11.30 am Black Dog Honeybees, Plymouth

Mark has a passion for beekeeping, farming and for the environment.
Mark and Olga will be giving a talk around their honeybee business

1.30 pm Richard Hunt, Executive head chef at The View Restaurant, The Courtyard Hotel, SandyPark, Exeter

and will be giving us a fish cookery demonstration

2.30 pm Nikheel owner of the Tamarind Tree, Totnes

Nikheel will be demonstrating one of his amazing dishes to showcase
their fabulous bold, fresh, and unique flavoursome food

3.30pm Oli Lee owner of How Now Dairy

Oli Lee will be giving a talk about of life on the farm, environmentally friendly
farming methods and about his delivery round.
At the end he will be preparing a cream tea using his own clotted cream!
