Due to the heavy downpour the gates have now been shut for the day.
The gates will reopen again tomorrow morning Sunday 30th July for 7am for setting up on the show day.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you all tomorrow.
The show field gates are now closed for the evening and over night. The ground is looking really good and plenty of exhibitors have set up this afternoon. The gates will open again at 9am tomorrow morning Saturday 29th July, for the remaining exhibitors who wish to set up before Sunday morning. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast - presently it looks like we may experience some downpours tomorrow afternoon. Therefore, exhibitors who wish to set up tomorrow please try to arrive before the worst of the weather, as it is possible that we will shut the gates earlier, in order to preserve the ground for the show day. If you arrive tomorrow please stay with your vehicle on the hard core track, and wait for a steward to direct and help you to your location. Thank you for your assistance with this and please check back here again for any further updates.
Update as at Friday 28 July 2017 at 5:30 pm
The show field is presently open as usual to all exhibitors who wish to set up in advance. However, as per our recent email notification, we are keeping a close eye on the weather forecast and it may be necessary to close the gates at certain times to stop vehicles coming on site. We hope that this will not be necessary but if so please bear with us and be patient so that the field is preserved for show day. The show office may be experiencing high volumes of calls please monitor this feed for updates and avoid calling the office unless it is an urgent matter and email may provide a quicker response.
