The information that you provide when making your class entries will be used to produce the show day catalogue. Please take care
with your entry information to ensure the details are complete, correct and use upper and lower case characters as appropriate
to ensure your entries are accurately displayed in the show day catalogue.
Certificates of entry may be obtained from the Show Manager, PO Box 220, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 9EN and must be correctly filled in and returned before 12 noon on Monday 5th June 2017. Anyone missing this deadline can still submit an online entry by Friday 16th June 2017. Pre-entries for the 2017 show have now closed, although you may still enter show jumping classes on the show day.
Each Competitor will receive one free Admission Ticket and one vehicle pass (to include driver). An extra pass per owner will be available for those who enter 4 or more individual exhibits. Additional Admission Tickets may be obtained at a reduced pre-paid price of £8.00 each, please order these when booking your entries.
NOTE: Multiple/Separate entries per Competitor, even on separate forms, does not entitle the Competitor to more than one ticket and vehicle pass allocation.
Main show jumping classes will commence at 10.00am
Entries may be accepted on the day, by payment of an extra £2.00 at the Show Jumping Ring, plus £1.00 per exhibitor towards First Aid costs.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: if not pre-entered, Exhibitors who wish to enter Show Jumping on the day will be required to pay the normal gate admission. This will be refunded to any Exhibitor who enters a Show Jumping (classes 258 to 264). Refunds obtained at ringside on production of special gate entry ticket when paying class entry fee. NB for welfare purposes ponies/horses may ONLY be entered in a maximum of 3 jumping classes in this section.
