Entry Fees:

Child 25 pence per exhibit

Adult 50 pence per exhibit

All entry fees made payable to Totnes & District Show Society

Rules:

  1. One entry per person in each class

  2. All items are entered and exhibited at the owner’s risk

  3. Child’s age must be on entry forms and clearly attached to each exhibit

  4. Handicraft garments must not be worn or washed before the show

  5. The Exhibitor will be supplied with a numbered card for each exhibit, which must be affixed by the Exhibitor

  6.  Exhibitors should collect these cards on the 28th July if they have not received them in advance

  7. All Exhibits to be at the Showground, Berry Pomeroy, by 14:00 on Saturday 28th July, to be judged that Saturday afternoon. (Security will be on site on Saturday night to ensure the safety of all entries)

  8. Any exhibits sent by post must reach the Chief Steward six clear days before the Show (by Monday 23rd July) Please let us know if you need assistance in getting your exhibit/entry to/from the show

  9. Prize tickets must be collected from the Homecraft & Handicraft tent and prizes collected between 2.00pm and 4.00pm on the day of the show, Sunday 29th July

  10. Exhibits may be collected between 4:45 pm and 5:45 pm on the 29th July; no exhibits may be removed from the Tent before this time and the committee will not be responsible for any exhibit left after that time

  11. Prizes are awarded at the Judge’s discretion and the Judge’s decision must be final. No complaint will be entertained or entered into
