The Food Hall is for the promotion of local food and drink. Exhibitors may offer tastings, but not sell for immediate consumption.
RGC will be providing the superb demonstration kitchen once again, where chefs will be cooking using the finest local ingredients, many sourced from exhibitors in the Food Hall.
